【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationestablishesrequirementsforshort-rangecommunicationforthepurposesofaugmentingthelocalisationinautonomouselectronicfeecollection(EFC)systems.LocalisationaugmentationservestoinformOBEaboutgeographicallocationandtheidentificationofachargeobject.ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiestheprovisionoflocationandheadinginformationandsecuritymeanstoprotectfromthemanipulationoftheOBEwithfalseroad-sideequipment(RSE).ThelocalisationaugmentationcommunicationtakesplacebetweenanOBEinavehicleandfixedroad-sideequipment.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletoOBEinanautonomousmodeofoperation.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesattributesandfunctionsforthepurposeoflocalisationaugmentation,bymakinguseoftheDSRCcommunicationservicesprovidedbyDSRCLayer7,andmakestheseLACattributesandfunctionsavailabletotheLACapplicationsattheRSEandtheOBE.AttributesandfunctionsaredefinedonthelevelofADUs(ApplicationDataUnits,seeFigure1).
