【摘要】:Wherefunctionalreliabilityisrequiredbygeneralsafetystandards,oneaspectofdemonstratingthisreliabilityistestingperformedon-lineduringplantoperationorduringplantshutdowninpreparationforreturntopoweroperation.ThisstandardlaysdownprinciplesfortestingI&CsystemsperformingcategoryA,BandCfunctions,perIEC61226,duringnormalpoweroperationandshutdown,soastocheckthefunctionalavailabilityespeciallywithregardtothedetectionoffaultsthatcouldpreventtheproperoperationofthefunctionsimportanttosafety.Itcoversthepossibilityoftestingatshortintervalsorcontinuoussurveillance,aswellasperiodictestingatlongerintervals.Italsoestablishesbasicrulesforthedesignandapplicationofthetestequipmentanditsinterfacewiththesystemsimportanttosafety.Further,theeffectofanytestequipmentfailureonthereliabilityoftheI&Csystemsisconsidered.Typesofsurveillancetestsmayinclude:–self-testsforI&Cequipment;–testofagroupofequipmentorcomponentstoconfirmpropertiesthatsupportthesafetyfunction(continuity,poweravailability,etc.);–testbasedoninformationredundancyorcomparisonofcontrolsignatures(consistencycheckingforredundantsensors,CRC-checking,Checksum,etc.);–periodictestingwhichisrelatedtothecorrectnessoffunctionalbehaviourofanI&Csystem.ThedependabilitytargetsofanyI&Csystemisreachedusinganappropriatecombinationoftestsoftheformindicatedabove.TheextentoftheI&Csystemtobetestedisfromtheinterfaceofthesensorswiththeprocessthroughtotheactuationdevices.ItisapplicabletotheinstalledI&CsystemsaswellastotemporaryinstallationswhicharepartofthoseI&Csystemsimportanttosafety(forexample,auxiliaryequipmentforcommissioningtestsandexperiments).Thisstandardalsoappliestoindividualelectromechanicalequipment,suchasrelaysandsolenoidactuators.AdditionaltestingandinspectionsmaybeperformedonI&Cequipmentforpurposesotherthanthedemonstrationoffunctionalcapability,suchastooptimisepreventivemaintenance,etc.Suchtestsarebeyondthescopeofthisstandard;however,theymaybecombinedwiththesurveillancetestingdiscussedherein.Foranyon-lineteststhepotentialinteractionandfaultdependenciesbetweenthepartofthesystemundertestandthetestingpart,havetobecarefullystudiedandtheirinfluenceshavetobefullyintegratedintothereliabilityassessmentofthefunctionsimportanttosafety(inaccordancewithIEC61513).ThisstandardappliestotheI&CofnewnuclearpowerplantsaswellastoI&Cupgradingorback-fittingofexistingplants.ForI&Cupgrades,onlyasubsetoftherequirementsmaybeapplicable;thissubsetistobeidentifiedatthebeginningofanyproject.
