【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthedesign,manufacture,performance,operation,functioning,andtestingofincineratorsintendedtoincinerategarbageandothershipboardwastesgeneratedduringtheship''snormalservice(thatis,maintenance,operational,domestic,andcargo-associatedwastes).1.2ThisspecificationisacompaniondocumenttoGuideF1322.1.3Thisspecificationappliestothoseincineratorplantswithcapacitiesupto1500kWperunit.1.4AdditionalinformationisgiveninAppendixX1-AppendixX9.1.5Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytosystemsonspecialincineratorships,forexample,forburningindustrialwastessuchaschemicals,manufacturingresidues,andsoforth.1.6Thisspecificationdoesnotaddresstheelectricalsupplytotheunitnorthefoundationconnectionsandstackconnections.1.7Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Ifanincineratoristobeoperatedinlittoralregions,thestrictestgoverningregulationsforthosecountriesinwhichtheincineratormayoperatewouldformtherequirementbasis.See5.11.
